To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlnet's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. jlnet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the jlnet platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change — except where a change is required immediately by PAGCOR regulation or applicable Philippine law.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jlnet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and where applicable, to the regulatory oversight and dispute resolution procedures of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
