1. Who We Are

jlnet ("jlnet," "we," "us," "our") is the operator of the jlnet online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at jlnet.co. jlnet operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which governs the licensing and conduct of online gaming operators in the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jlnet is subject to data protection requirements consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR's data governance standards.

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, jlnet is the personal information controller responsible for your personal data collected through the jlnet platform.

When you register, verify your identity, make transactions, or otherwise interact with the jlnet platform, we collect personal information in the following categories:

• Identity data: Full legal name, date of birth, gender, and nationality as provided during account registration and KYC verification.
• Contact data: Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address.
• Verification documents: Government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, GSIS, or PRC card), selfie or liveness-check images submitted for KYC compliance.
• Financial data: GCash account number, PayMaya account number, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account details (account holder name and account number only — jlnet does not store full bank account credentials), deposit history, withdrawal history, and transaction records.
• Gaming activity data: Game session logs, bet amounts, game outcomes, bonus redemption history, and wagering activity — collected and retained pursuant to PAGCOR's AML monitoring and player activity reporting requirements.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, session timestamps, and geolocation data (country/region level) collected automatically when you access the platform.
• Communications data: Records of your interactions with jlnet's customer support team, including live chat transcripts and email correspondence.

jlnet does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required for identity verification, AML compliance, and responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR regulations.

3. How We Use Your Information

jlnet uses your personal information for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create, maintain, verify, and administer your jlnet account, including processing your login credentials and account preferences.
• Identity verification (KYC): To comply with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), we verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances required by our PAGCOR license conditions.
• Payment processing: To process deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and to verify that payment methods are registered in your name in accordance with our payment method matching policy.
• Game service delivery: To provide access to the games and betting services on the jlnet platform, to record game outcomes, and to credit or debit your account accordingly.
• Regulatory compliance: To fulfil jlnet's obligations under PAGCOR's licensing conditions, including player activity reporting, AML transaction monitoring, and responsible gaming program requirements.
• Responsible gaming: To monitor gambling patterns for indicators of problem gambling, to apply self-exclusion requests, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods, and to fulfil PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations.
• Customer support: To respond to your queries, process complaints, and maintain records of support interactions as required by our PAGCOR license conditions.
• Security and fraud prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, account takeovers, bot activity, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in the jlnet Terms & Conditions.
• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates where you have provided consent or where jlnet has a legitimate interest under applicable law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting jlnet support.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations, jlnet processes your personal information on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and jlnet (i.e., the jlnet Terms & Conditions), including account registration, payment processing, and game service delivery.
• Legal obligation: Processing required for jlnet to comply with its obligations under PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act, and other applicable Philippine laws.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for jlnet's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, security monitoring, and improvement of the platform — where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Where required by law, jlnet will seek your explicit consent before processing your personal information, particularly for marketing communications and for processing sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required by regulatory compliance.

5. Sharing Your Information

jlnet does not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your personal information only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:

• PAGCOR and Philippine regulatory authorities: jlnet is required by its PAGCOR license conditions to submit player activity reports, AML reports, and other regulatory filings that may include personal information. Such disclosures are mandatory and governed by PAGCOR's data governance framework.
• Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange, Inc.), PayMaya (PayMaya Philippines, Inc.), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — solely to the extent required to process deposits and withdrawals initiated by you.
• Game providers: Certified third-party game studios (including PG Soft, Jili Games, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) receive your anonymized player session ID for game delivery and RNG audit purposes. These providers do not receive your full identity or financial data.
• KYC and identity verification service providers: Third-party identity verification services may be used to process your government ID and liveness check submissions as part of KYC compliance. These providers are contractually bound to process your data solely for verification purposes and to comply with the Data Privacy Act.
• Law enforcement and courts: Where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful request from Philippine law enforcement or anti-money laundering authorities.
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, database, and cybersecurity service providers engaged by jlnet to operate the platform infrastructure, subject to data processing agreements consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

6. Data Retention

jlnet retains your personal information for as long as your account remains active and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR's record retention requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act's prescribed retention periods for transaction records.

Gaming activity logs, KYC documents, and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years as required by PAGCOR and AML regulations, regardless of account status. Marketing preferences and communications data are retained for the duration of your account plus one (1) year, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.

When the applicable retention period expires, jlnet will securely delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

7. Security of Your Data

jlnet implements technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal information we process and the risks associated with our operations as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform. These measures include:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the jlnet platform;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored in jlnet's databases;
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to jlnet personnel who require it for their specific functions;
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to systems containing personal data;
• Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments by independent cybersecurity providers;
• Incident response procedures consistent with the National Privacy Commission's breach notification requirements under the Data Privacy Act.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to your rights and freedoms, jlnet will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected individuals without undue delay, as required by the Data Privacy Act and its implementing rules.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by jlnet:

• Right to be informed: The right to be informed whether jlnet holds personal information about you and, if so, the categories of data held and the purposes for which it is processed.
• Right of access: The right to obtain a copy of your personal information held by jlnet, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal exemptions.
• Right to rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information held by jlnet.
• Right to erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to jlnet's regulatory retention obligations under PAGCOR rules and the AML Act.
• Right to object: The right to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes at any time.
• Right to data portability: The right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contractual necessity.
• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe jlnet has processed your personal information in violation of the Data Privacy Act.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The jlnet platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate core platform functionality, maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyse platform usage. The following categories of cookies are used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function, including session authentication cookies. These cannot be disabled without preventing access to the platform.
• Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences (e.g., language, display settings, last-visited game category) to improve your experience on return visits.
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized data on how players use the platform — such as which pages are visited most frequently and session duration — to help jlnet improve the platform experience. No personally identifiable information is transmitted through analytics cookies.

jlnet does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your jlnet account.

10. Children's Privacy

The jlnet platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. jlnet does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 21 years of age. If jlnet becomes aware that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, deposits returned, and all collected personal information deleted in accordance with jlnet's data disposal procedures.

11. Changes to This Policy

jlnet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes to PAGCOR regulations, amendments to Philippine data protection law, or improvements to the jlnet platform. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the jlnet platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
